Webmaster/Social Media Manager

As the Webmaster for the Iota Lambda Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma (and formerly our Southeast District), I have complete control over our online presence as an organization. My goal is to make sure we maintain a professional look, while also showcasing our positive and silly personalities!

Some of my Chapter and District Officer duties include:

• Be co-chair of the Committee of History and Alumni
• Maintain passwords for all online accounts of the chapter
• Maintain all communication channels of the chapter, including GroupMe, Slack, and its listservs.
• Be responsible for all social media accounts of the chapter and have authority over the online content posted by the chapter.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of the chapter website.
• Assist the Historian in the maintenance of the Alumni feedback form and its associated report
• Create all promotional material and event flyers for the Iota Lambda chapter and work with officers when creating material for their respective events.
• Keep up with information posted to the National and District websites. 

To achieve these, I work closely with the Chapter and District Historian to collect photos, hear feedback from alumni (and make those adjustments), create promotional material, and keep up with outside information. Otherwise, everything else is on my own but has not been a huge struggle to adjust to!
